- 产品用途:
- 二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂,用于高血压及心绞痛。方法1:酰氯法。2.5g(-)-2,6-二甲基-4-(3-硝基苯基)-l,4-二氢吡啶-3,5-二羧酸单甲酯(Ⅰ)和0.57ml氯化亚砜,在二氯甲烷-二甲基甲酰胺中反应,得酰氯(Ⅱ)。(Ⅱ)和1.51g(+)-1-苄基-3-羟基哌啶反应2h,酸化后得2.72g(+)-α贝尼地平盐酸盐。同样可得(-)-贝尼地平盐酸盐。方法2:常法环合。把侧链做成相应的乙酰乙酸酯(Ⅲ)。再将(Ⅲ)和3-硝基苯甲醛及3-氨基丁烯酸甲酯,在异丙醇中加热,环合生成贝尼地平。
